ScaLAPACK is a subset of the LAPACK linear algebra routines which have been parallelized for execution on distributed memory systems (MIMD).

Compiling with ScaLAPACK

Here is an example link line for a program that uses ScaLAPACK:

setenv BLACS /usr/local/packages/blacs/1.1/intel-11.1-mvapich-1.1/lib
